How Much does it cost to Post an Ad? A regular ad is $69 & runs for 12 months ( 1 year ). In order to get the site up and running, we are currently running free 1 year ads. You will not be asked for any financial information during this time.
How To Post an Ad? Our system is simple and straightforward to use, because no registeration is necessary. Just select your city (or the nearest city) and the desired category on the main page. Click on the"Post New Ad" link located at the upper right corner of the browsing list.
1 . Please read our Terms of Service before posting your ad for the first time.
a.) click on the 'Post New Ad' link at the top-left of the page.
b.) click on the Category that you would like to post in and click on the 'Post New Ad' link at the top of the page.
2. Choose the category you would like to post in.
3. Fill out the ad form with all of the details. *using a password allows you to come back and edit the ad later. *the 'Preview Photo' is the picture that appears on the main category page. *you can also submit up to 3 photos that will appear once your ad is clicked on.
4. Click on the 'Submit Ad' button and the next page will showYour ad has been submitted successfully. To activate the ad you have to submit payment via PayPal, Or Contact us for other payment options.
How to Edit an Ad?
1. Click on the Edit Ad Link in the Banner on any page
2. OR click on the Category where you posted your ad. then click on the 'Edit Post' link on the top of the page.
OR Click on the Edit Ad link at the lower right area of your ad.
3. Enter the ‘Ad ID’ (located at
the top left corner of your ad) and the password you specified when
you originally posted your ad.
4. Select the 'Edit' radio button and click submit - your original ad should appear.
5. Make the necessary changes and re-submit your ad.

How to Upload a Photo to my ad?
1. While logged in the Edit Your Ad area,or while creating a new ad, select the Browse Button and navigate to where you store your photos on your computer. You can upload up to three images of 1000 KB maximum size. Important! .jpg are the prefree image format, it is best to convert images to jpg's!
How do I upgrade to a Premium Highlighted Ad
Anytime after your ad has been created and activated, during the ad life of 60 days, if you wish to make your ad Premium Highlighted, Click Edit Ad, you will need your ad ID and password, once logged in click on the Highlight Ad link, and you will be taken to Pay Pal Check out. Premium Highlighted Ad will always be featured near the top.
How long will it take for my newly posted ad to be shown on the
list? They are listed instantaneously on the top of the category list
you've just submitted after payment. This means they are reviewed by our editors only after
the posting, so don't get surprised if your ad was moved to another category or
removed from our listings later.
What if I forgot my Password? If you forget your password, just click into the Edit Ad area, and look for the "Forgot password?" link, then
type your email address. The password will be sent to you right away after
clicking the "Send Password" button.
How many ads can I post? You may post as many ads you want, as long
as they have totally different purposes. Our policy is to let users place a
single similar ad in the one most suitable category. We consider altering your
descriptions/title slightly as spam if it is essentially the same ad that is
already on our system. The simple rule is, we don't allow spams and we take this
really seriously!
What if I am not receiving emails from my ad on www.SmallTownFeeling.com?
A likely cause is that your spam filter is automatically deleting the emails, before you see them! It may help to add CustomerService@smalltownfeeling.com into your email address book.
When will my ad expire? All regular ads will expire after 60 days. Highlighted ads are up for 365 days! But when they expire, we don't
archive them, so they will be gone for good.
Can I add HTML tags on the description? Yes, but please use them
sparingly :). The examples on using basic HTML tags are shown
below.
